OBJECTIVE:

Due to technological advancement, many more people are moving across international borders than ever before in pursuit of their dreams and aspirations. These international migrants include; mostly Youth, Women and Unaccompanied Migrant Children some of whom travel in irregular situation along unauthorized and dangerous migration routes; hence are exploited, abused and end up in very miserable and deplorable situation such as victims of human trafficking, smuggled or stranded migrants.

It is in light of such human rights abuses and exploitation of migrants and potential migrants most of whom are recruited through unorthodox and unconventional means that IMPRAC was established to ensure that migrants and potential migrants and their families are provided with reliable and timely information and advice to enable them make informed decisions before, during and after the migratory process in pursuit of their dreams including employment abroad.

In this regard, IMPRAC ensures that international migration, human mobility and international migrant labour recruitment take place in accordance with international standards and good practices.
