Bertha Dadson has over twenty years of experience in managing, consulting and facilitating with leading companies and has worked in a wide range of sectors with an emphasis on financial institutions.

Bertha Dadson, formerly the Chief Information Officer of Barclays (now ABSA), is an IT Management professional with over 30 years of vast experience within the banking industry in various roles including the IT service and the business operations, in Ghana and abroad. She provided the bank with IT service and operations management, IT security and risk management, IT process management and knowledge in performance development management.

As a dedicated and talented leader, Bertha headed and managed the Information Technology team during her time at Barclays. With the goal of excellence, she is skilled at sharing her knowledge and experience while supervising her team members with exceptional communication and team-building skills in achieving the business’ organisational strategy.

She successfully project managed and supervised various projects within the Technology sector and assisted functions within the bank to integrate new projects into their normal work routines.  She ensured project management disciplines, guidelines and processes were followed to the latter to ensure successful outcomes
